WRAP includes recovery-focused books, tool, and materials, which has been used globally to support mental and behavioral health. With WRAP you will discover simple, safe, and effective tools to create and maintain wellness, develop a daily plan to stay on track with your life and wellness goals, and identify what throws you off track and develop a plan to keep moving forward.Since everyone defines their own “wellness”, WRAP is individualized to each person and their situations. WRAP can help you achieve it, step by step, your way, and on your terms.WRAP Level 1 (16 training hours) provides an overview of WRAP and equips a person with the basic information needed to complete their own WRAP plan. It is provided by a WRAP facilitator certified through the Copeland Center.The Level 1 trainings will be offered virtually. Your training materials will be mailed to you upon registration. Class size will be limited to 20 participants.
